I am Duy-An Dinh PHAN (or An Phan) and I have recently completed a bachelor’s degree in psychology in Vietnam. As part of my degree, I conducted my first undergraduate research project in 2023. My specific interest lies in neuroscience, particularly brain structure and neural activity. I am also interested in cognitive development of children and adults from diverse living environments. Stats is my strength, specifically the application of advanced statistical analyses, such as SEM and multi-level analyses, in family research. These methods help address the complex interconnectedness of individual, family, and societal factors. In the future, I aim to focus my research on exploring differences in brain structure and cognitive functioning among children growing up in various cultural and family contexts, particularly those from underrepresented and understudied populations.
